Born in Karşıyaka, İzmir, in 1971, Burcu Geneş completed her primary and secondary education in İzmir and continued her educational journey in Antalya. She graduated from Yenipazar University and subsequently worked for many years in corporate organizations, particularly within training and education departments, where she gained extensive professional experience.
During this period, she published articles in various literary magazines under a pseudonym. Her first published article appeared in Cumhuriyet Newspaper.
As a mother of two children, Burcu Geneş later completed a four-year degree in Psychology and earned the title of Psychologist. Alongside her professional career, she has also been actively involved in media and broadcasting. She has produced and hosted programs for TRT, Ege TV, Aydın'da TV, and several local television channels. In addition, she has worked as a columnist for numerous local newspapers and currently continues her writing career as a columnist for Merhaba Magazine, published by Hem Media Group.
Throughout her educational and professional life, she has remained committed to personal and professional development, continuously striving to learn new perspectives, acquire new skills, and broaden her knowledge through lifelong learning.
